Okay, I am wrong. Someone told me that it was simply a virtual email client.
I am going to have to do some research into this myself.

Whaddya mean by "virtual?" --It sends mail, it receives mail, it will relay
and all that crap. The mailbox management is terrible, but for testing
outbound emails its perfect (and free)... I think you can install it without
installing the web services....
