[thelist] [java] Different colored text in a textarea

Hello evolters,
I have, what i hope is, a slight problem. I simply
want to add a line of red text inside a textarea
which has white writing...how can i do that??
or can i do that?
I read through my various java books but none
seem to mention how to do this, same with the
web sites i looked at...
