[thelist] using ASP for a file upload on a form

I have created an email form with a <input type = File> tag. Does anyone 
know how to pass a file in an email form? I keep getting errors. I believe 
my host is running an NT server. I have heard ASP cannot do it w/o secondary 
software on the server.
