[thelist] Ideas for a Web Site Demo Builder

Anybody got any ideas on creating a demo of an existing website to maybe put
on a CD and send to potential users.

Looking for something to screen capture a number of pages and then somehow
run through them as a demo?

Or do I have to just do it the time consuming way.
