[thelist] .html vs .shtml

When I use Apache, it's fairly easy to map .html to be processed for server
side includes, so I can have all file named with an .html extension and not
have a mix of .shtml and .html

Can this be done in IIS? We host a number of sites, can this be controlled
on a per-site basis, or would it be global on the server?
