Unless you don't want to spend tons of time scratching your head 
about who changed what and where, implement version control. CVS is a 
great tool if you have access to it, Visual Sourcesafe ain't that bad 
either (for MS ;), and even BBedit has a GREAT "Compare differences" 
function that'll do in a pinch.
