This is sort of Off-Tangent, but not Off-Topic.  Let's say we have some PHP 
pages (or ASP pages or CF pages) and these pages are built dynamically, say 
in the form of:

http://www.reallycooldomain.com/path/to/my/asppages.asp?articleid=#


where # is the number of an article.  Now, in that case, I have two questions:

1.  Will search engines pick up the proper path?
2.  Is there a way to dynamically create those meta keywords (I think I 
know of one way, with a KEYWORDS field, but is there something a bit more 
natural, say, scanning the text of the article itself)?
