why would it be any other way?  the same is true for software... you can 
enable acessibility features in the OS, but if the developer doesn't allow the 
system colors and fonts to propogate to the interface, it's moot...

hell, wheelchairs have wheels, but contractors still have to build ramps to 
doors...

it doesn't, it's just that people happen to place it in the way... never seemed 
to be a problem for me...

yeah, the WaSP says the same thing... guess what, it promotes 
developers who leave people out in the cold for their own ease of 
development...
