I'm not sure what there is to get upset about regarding functions to 
make it easier to save images ... the consensus on the list every 
time someone wants to prevent the "theft" of their images is to put a 
watermark on them. And don't all major browsers already have a 
contextual menu option of some sort that allow you save images?

But as practical matter, if Smart Tags are in the final release, I 
imagine they will be exposed to scripting, so something like 
document.all.smartTags.length might be a better thing to check before 
redirecting.
