Since there's been a few people asking for it, I've packaged up the
Tip Harvester code and you can get it at:

   http://members.evolt.org/dmah/harvester-0.3.tar.gz

Keep in mind that with the new harvester coming out, I haven't been
actively maintaining the code.  If there are any files missing or
anything confusing, let me know and I'll try to find what I missed.

If you decide to change the code or rewrite it (which it probably
needs) let me know, I'd like to take a look.
