Brian,

Problem solved. Yes on second disk it wants the SCSI driver disk for the
card (in this case the 29160 - Adaptec). Anyway, the problem's answer was
found on the ASUS site - if you have over 256Mb RAM in server when you try
to install NTServer4.0, the floppy disappears. So with 512Mb I had problem.
Make the memory 256Mb or less, and amazingly the problem goes away.
Unbeleivable and flies in the face of everything we should know. AND... with
a problem like that, what other flaws are there in the architecture of the
board (let's leave out the obviously flawed OS)...
