[thelist] IE/SSL Weirdness

Hmm. Good thought, but the two people having the problem are both on
the same network. Could, I guess, be limited to their machine's
connection to the network, but it seems kind of unlikely, particularly
since they can access a bunch of other SSL enabled sites.
