[thelist] Suggestions on scrollable window

you will see that I have a dhtml widget there that allow for a layer to be
scrolled.  This works in:
    NS4 (Mac/Win)
    Mozilla (0.9+) (Mac/Win)
    IE5+ (Win)

The possible solution may be a combination of this and the CSS solution for all
the browsers that aren't supported by my widget.
