It's something like that: ADC users need local logon permissions and therein lies the
problem I think. I dunno... after following many tutorials to the letter, I gave up. I
*did* find nice instructions on iishelp.com but the results were spotty.

And this seems to be mostly a Win2K/ADC issue, as you're right... I never had the problem
under NT.
