That's starting to happen - I was in a meeting yesterday with two
senior marketeers (one of whom used to be the marketing director of
a billion pound business...) both of whom were pushing usability as
a 'must-have'.
The next stage is to get them to see the process (actually, just the
timescales and costs) required to deliver that.
I've met a number of senior managers who believe in management
by magic - if I say it, it appears with no timescale or budget
implications.
