AOL started implementing proxy servers in June on about half of their
network, and was scheduled to have them fully implemented at the beginning
of July. I had to follow the issue closely when it first surfaced... AOL is
very closed-mouth about it, though. I'm not sure about the months... it may
have been started in May, and implemented fully in June.. can't remember.
