[thelist] Site Check and NS6 CSS Rollover problem

Good, professional design. One thing; in Mozilla, the on-mouse-over on the 'more' links in the second column on the
home-page makes the rest of the column shift down, which isn't too nice.
Note that this only happens when the link is not visited yet...
