[thelist] virtualave.net - domain directory?

Hi;

in one of my logfiles I found this referring page:
http://insoftasinter.virtualave.net/domain10001-10500.htm

It looks like part of a huge domain directory, but the homepage for 
http://insoftasinter.virtualave.net/ only says "under construction". 
Does anybody know what is this about?
