I am currently having comapatability problems that come not from the users using
NS, but from the users using IE on the mac.

It is all to often that people talk of IE vs NS without taking into account the
fact that NS is basically the same across all browsers when it comes to CORE
features. IE, on the other hand, is not. M$ haven't even bother to implement
LiveConnect for communication between JS and Plugins. As this is a core feature
of the site I am developing, I have been forced to exclude what some peoble have
said is the most standard compliant version of IE.

And this is where I have a problem with the "monopoly=standard" theory that has
become all too common. If they can't even get their existing features to work,
why should be trust them to be the basis for development.
