Green seems to be the way to go: the warmest of all three tones, it
is both welcoming and comforting. Whereas the other two options are
certainly eye-catching, neither plays off as well as the green,
fitting in thematically with the images, as well as the church's
name.

I would drop out the green in the search box...

Watch the cream bar... It is a little shorter than the green segment
on top. 

Overall, however, it is great to see a site for a church developed in
this style: most are too coldly "here's our idea of the bible; take
it, or go to hell" kinda thing, whereas this look definitely gives a
feeling of warm fuzzy coziness and acceptance.

Very cool - I'll take a lot of what I've seen here to heart when I
redesign the site for my church. :P
