If you mean an experienced copy-writer who also knows how to write
for the web, I can highly recommend Geoffrey Sumner.  He has worked
as a journalist and reporter, mostly for the BBC.  He worked with us
on the UK's official millennium web site and on a IT company's site
last year.

Last time I worked with him, his rates were very reasonable.
