Another option that is relativly simple to implement is to have your
ASP page FTP the xml document from your server to the other server.

primarily asp.  this part of the company is all microsoft based, the
other part with the form i have to submit to is rather
anti-microsoft...

this sounds promising...i'll have a fish around on microsofts site and
see what i can dig up...
