Did you read the post on the forum.  It's not about MS SmartTags, but
something similar attached to a file sharing system called KaZaa.  When
installed, KaZaa also installs a feature called TopText.  This TopText
apparently becomes part of the browser to highlight words on every web page,
inserting a yellow background behind keywords that have been purchased
through their media sales company eZula, Inc.

Seems this company has outMS'd MS.  It's out there already on all the
download sites like CNET.
