nope, none of the above.  it's just a simple form with some js validation
that posts the data to the server.  it's not multi-step.  no server-side
data validation that causes the form to be re-displayed (gotta love
locked-down admin applications).

you'll notice that i mentioned that i have no problems using the form
myself.  the only person having the problem is this one client and her
browser.  she can go to someone else's computer in the office and use it and
gets through without error.

yeah, readily familiar with that.  i actually use that technique quite
often.  this is not one of them.  *grin*
