Looks great...

...It feels like there is too much stuff moving around... The top of
the page is a bit too busy and distracts from the actual content...

...If you can't find a clock that works cross-browser, don't use one.
It just seems really unprofessional to be finding a broken image on
every single page...

...The leading on the "VME for..." buttons should probably be
increased - the lines are simply tooooo close for comfort...

...Hmm... Is there any significance to the map at the top-right? Is
that showing where you have offices, or... If so, make use of that
map to link to office info, or something... Rather than just having a
busy image that does nothing...

Overall the site is great with regards to loading speed. I'm glad
that the CEO didn't want frames... I'm a firm believer in developing
sites so as not to need frames (although I have, and do use them when
it is completely unavoidable).

The colour scheme works, definitely has the feel of a rugged military
product...

...umm... One other concern that I have is that line of text-only
links that is sandwiched between the lines of images. To me, and
probably to many others, that line (without reading it) will appear
to be simply a repeat of the links from the line of images above
it... If you're gonna use images... Use images... And make the line
stand out just a touch... Perhaps. :)

In longer pages, I am pleased to see buttons to speed me to the top
of the page... I would, however, make these a little smaller, and
make them conform more the the general style of the page - they are
just too inelegant for the rest of the site.

Hope that helps!
