Using Windows? 8)

You might need to unregister and reregister the component. Its semantically
same as rebooting for components. Try typing into a console:

regsvr32 /u dllfilename.dll
<reboot computer>
regsvr32 dllfilename.dll

I am not too sure about needing to reboot between them, I think I had to do
it once, and it wouldn't hurt, would it? (Try telling me that when I have to
do it -- "Oooowwww! Another reboot?!)
