I have Database Systems by Connoly and Begg. I used it in my undergrad and find it a phenomenal resource. It is amazingly complete -- pretty textbooky though. I'd buy it in a heartbeat again. Normalization methodology, security, transaction management, query optimization, distributed databases and OO databases. It gets pretty involved to say the least.
