[thelist] Semi-OT IE Shortcuts

Tried this one too.  In fact, everytime it opens non-maximized I manually
click on maximize and leave it that way until I close it.
The next IE opening defaults right back to the non-maximized size.

open internet explorer
maximize it
close it
next time it opens, it opens maximized

this isn't a permanent fix like you wanted, but it works
until you change the size
