Depends.

It is a marketing decision.

Putting the owner's photo on the "front" page identifies the business with
the "owner", and may make it more personal. It might also make it more
difficult to sell the business.


But, putting it on another page, a "staff" page, along with pictures of all
the staff might also make it "warm" without linking the business to the
owner.

When the customers think of the business, does the owner want them to think
of her, or does she wish that the business have a "separate" identity?
