[thelist] NN4.7 only displaying A:link, etc. properties - CSS

Actually, HTML e-mail is mostly sent using MIME, not as plain text. I
routinely get email that is just plain text with HTML tags - this
doesn't work. The MIME header indicates that the content is HTML.
