All,
Before asking you to take a look at this site, I'd like to prepare you --
and protect myself from unnecessary criticism. Please feel free to let
the
necessary type fly. ;-)
I do realize the following:
1. Yes, it has Flash content (and you can't navigate without it). Because
a
large portion of our training is delivered via the web, we're attempting
to
show our users and potential users that the content does not have to be
static or silent to load quickly. I'm trying to convince the higher ups
to
at least have an html-only option on the home page. The html-only pages
already exist.
2. It uses frames. Not my idea but I'm not the only one working on this
site
and I was outvoted. :-( I'm currently looking at ways to force frames on
our unsuspecting visitors so they don't find a page and then have no way
to
find the others.
3. It was built for IE users based on info found at www.echoecho.com.
(Does
anyone know if that info is accurate or not?) I'd like for it to look and
work properly in Netscape and other browsers but am at a loss as to how to
do this. (The bosses don't feel it's necessary.)
4. We force a window size. What's the feeling on this? It was done to
make
sure that the page looked right.

Now, with some of the explanation out of the way...
The main site is located at www.nti-online.com
The html-only content can be accessed at www.nti-online.com/html
