Some feedback:

I like the colors... very striking.

I like the way the flash bit in the top-right does it's thing then
simplifies itself a lot to not be too big a distraction.  However, when I
visit a new page it starts over again.  :(  Perhaps only the homepage should
include the opening part of the animation?

I like the tie to the right-hand side with the menu colors.  You've got a
couple images over there I keep wanting to click on.  Perhaps add a title
and they could like into a photo gallery or something.

I do like the graphical breadcrumb.  At first I was concerned that images
would make the page too long, but it looks like they are fairly light weight
and I was thus not as concerned.  Good job.  I am wondering, however, if
highlighting the current tab would help me know where I am as well?

I am able to read the white hyperlinks on the cyan, but a darker color would
be better most likely.  Have you tried using the color of the tabs?

A couple of notes:

The rollover images do not work in NS 4.7 and the images are not preloaded,
which leads to a delay when you first hover over them.  A little recoding of
the rollover functions would fix this.  Shout back if you need help with
this.  The green background to the right of the logo in the top left does
not come through on Netscape.  Instead there is a white area between it and
the flash section.

The menu and the right-hand side colors do not go all the way down to the
foot on long pages in NN 4.7.  Might look into that.

Make sure that you have title and alt on the tabs and breadcrumb so that
they are usable without images.
