sorry to be clear...

The anchors are inside the div.
(but on the edges.)

(I didn't deal with the menus not dissapearing in NS if the mouse was
moved too quick.)

A sample url is

(doesn't work in NS6 or a variety of other browsers)
(should work on IE 5.5, NS4.7)

(a tricky thing was making it appear in the right place, no matter how
