heh, yeah, the RTF paste pisses me off... too often i copy 
something out of IE, and paste it into a document of some sort 
(like Word or Outlook) only to have it keep all the formatting... so in 
that case, notepad is a natural middle step to quickly kill 
formatting...

anyone know of a way to copy from MS apps *without* copying as 
RTF?

does that happen in editor view?  i hope not...  that would suck...
