try validating your code, there are quite a few incorrectly nested tags, and
a few unclosed <lid>'s that are probably  causing the problems.

After installing the latest version of Netscape on my machine at work, I
noticed that all the pages on our website do not display the bullets in
Unordered Lists or the numbers in Ordered Lists.  Has anyone seen this
behavior before?  Two other web developers here have the same problem when
viewing the pages in Netscape 6, so it isn't just my machine.  The pages
load fine in IE, Opera, and Netscape 3 and 4, so I am confused as to why
this would happen.  I ran a search in Google, but was unable to find any
results specific to this problem.
