I asked a genuine question ... since MSN is my service provider are they
perhaps orchestrating this ad campaign (they are a BUSINESS after all and
the windows pop up as soon as I log on to MSN whether the browser is open or
not).

So in response to your "get a life" comment ... I say please get some
manners.  Luckily most people on this list are WAY cool and helpful.
