[thelist] certificate authority on Win2K for HTTPS Outlook Web Access

We want to enable HTTPS for our Outlook Web Access. I've been told that we
can create our own certificate on a Win2K box to enable the HTTPS.  (I
realize that our users will get a certificate warning when connecting, since
this certificate will only be valid within the network, but that's a small
trade-off to be able to encrypt their authentication info.)

When setting up the Certificate Authority, what do I put in the 'CA
Identifying Information' page? Since there's no external authority, is the
CA us?
