Be very very careful indeed when comparing dates in ASP. If datOne and
datTwo are dates, "datOne < datTwo" doesn't necessarily mean one is before
the other. This can do a string comparison, and "2-Jan-2001" comes AFTER
"11-Jan-2001" alphabetically. Ouch. Use DATEDIFF instead.
