I am just wondering if there are any good sites that outline what the various parties are normally responsible. For example, I am currently going through the process of trying to get them to pay me for work that was outside the original specs, but was promised to the client and they believe was implied. The contract agreement that I signed was very vague and didn't cover the current scenario. I don't need price related responses, I am just interested in possible action that is available to me. If it means anything, I am from Australia and, as such, any localised info would be apreciated. Thanx. -- Michael Pemberton mpember at phreaker.net ICQ: 12107010 --------------------------------------- For unsubscribe and other options, including the Tip Harvester and archive of TheList go to: http://lists.evolt.org Workers of the Web, evolt !
