does it?  every time i encounter one i think about how rude it is for the
developer to take away legitimate navigational tools i'm accustomed to
using.  i also think about how rude it is that the right mouse button is
automatically considered to be the bringer of illegal activity with no
positive merit whatsoever.  i think it's rude that if i want to right-click
on an image it's assumed that i have less than noble intentions.  i don't
think i've ever encountered a situation where i thought it was a polite
reminder.  i can't say i've ever observed a casual user who's encountered
this script that thought it was polite either.
