Have a look at the Blark product,  and the stuff that's
been done so far on Swishdot (the CMF version of Squishdot)
which is in Squish's CVS tree.

Most of all, the guy who does zopezen.org recently (as in
2 weeks ago) moved his site over to CMF and wrote it up on
the site in 3 parts.  He's using the ZopePageTemplates
product.

There is a Zope book - it's available for sale at Amazon
and came out last month.  It's also available, for free,
in PDF format, from ZDP.zope.org
