Simon,
	for this type of positioning it works - only when trying to make nested
tables stretch to fill the rest of the area, that has problems in NS

I thought NS had great problems rendering percentages correctly?
especially when you re-size a window - which i know a lot of people don't
do, but it can happen.

of course, i could be wrong as i don't do a lot of NS work, but i thought
i'd mention it anyway in case it sparked a bit of conversation about NS and
width specifying etc..
