Hey guys... On this very theme...
I'm going through the tedious and slow process of learning how to produce
high quality flash, and for some reason I can't get something to work.
When peeking through other people's <embed> source code I noticed that the
<noembed> tag included a reference to an <img> tag which displays the image
if the browser doesn't recognize the <embed> tag. (I'm assuming that's how
it works)
can anyone tell me why this I cant get this to work? I tried a few
variations with no success.

<object classid='clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000'
b#version=5,0,0,0' width='500' height='123' align='absmiddle'
vspace='0'><param name="movie" value='flashbits/head2.swf'>
<param name="quality" value="high">
<embed src='flashbits/head2.swf' quality="high"
Version=ShockwaveFlash' type='application/x-shockwave-flash' width='500'
height='123' align='absmiddle' vspace='0'>
alt="header image"></noembed></object>
