I would suggest adding another table and let the people with edit rights add
image url's to this table, then they can refer to the image number in the
list (use an auto increment'ing index) so they could add something like
"blah blah blah <picture=100> blah blah blah" and parse it to throw in the
image url when you get that.

Also, giving them a place to upload and organize their pictures would be a
nice addition.
