if you have an secured and an unsecured, (http and https), path enabled to
the same web site and are navigating using IE6, a page that auto-redirects
you to the secured site will take you to the unsecured side every time if
you have previously visited the unsecured site.  Empty the cache on the
local machine exhibiting the problem to fix the redirect error.
