[thelist] Win98 html page as background

Have you applied all of the patches for 98? My system is fairly stable
unless I beat it on really hard for a week or so without a reboot and then
it only gets a BSOD when I try to Shut it down or Restart. It doesn't crash
on its own... But then I do have 384 Meg of RAM which always helps...
