[thelist] Leaving the list temporarily

Hi Bob,

You can temporarily stop delivery of thelist.  To do so, go to this page and
at the bottom, enter the email address you are subscribed to the list with,
and hit Edit Options:

On the next page, mid-way down the page, Turn on the first option, Disable
mail delivery.  Go to the bottom of the page, enter your password (the one
you used to subscribe to thelist), then choose Submit My Changes.

If you have forgotten your password, you can have it mailed to you from the
same page.
