It's probably also worth mentioning that search engines aren't the
only ones who like text vs. image-text.  Also on the list would be
those using text-only broswers, audio browsers, those who increase
default font size to make the page more legible, and those using
browsers like WebTV where the size of an image is often decreased to
fit on a limited screen size.

So a more accurate statement might be that either function or form has
to go.  That's usually an easier call to make.  ;)
