It needs specification throughout.

As for the top navigation, I'd place it in a <block> element (Style sheet)
to keep it from wrapping.

Don't forget to set your <HR> widths as well!

In regards to NN hack lists.., I've found nada. :(

netscape 4.0

Any kind soul want to give me a few pointers on what I could

but what a mess in NN4.0!

Anyone got the urls for the NN4 hack lists of what not and
what to do?
