CF5 pro on redhat 6.2

the cf server is restarting itself every 35 seconds(exactly).

this is causing it to drop session variables which is obviously not
good. i've checked for zero byte files in the cf spool and the undelivr
directories, but there aren't any. i don't have any 'automatically
restart CF' things turned on either.

however, when i manually delete the files in those directories and
restart CF, everything works fine again.. ..untill mail tries to get
sent out again at which point, it starts restarting again.

searched the allaire forums and have seen lots of people reporting the
same thing with unhelpful responses from support("i can't reproduce
it..." etc) anyone else seeing this or know of a workaround?

thanks,

.djc.
